Food Donations for IPA Contest, Feb. 9
As you all know, next Saturday, February 9, we will be hosting an Indiana Percussion Association (IPA) event at our facility. We are also relying heavily on a large amount of parent and student volunteers to make this one of the largest fund raising opportunities for our entire band program. Everyone, from jazz band to winter guard and marching band to indoor percussion will benefit from this event.
We are asking that each family provide a bit of food, drink, and paper products to feed those who graciously volunteer their time. Attached is the list of requested donations by grade. As noted, non-perishable items can be dropped off in the prop room before the event. Food items need to be brought either the morning or afternoon of the event. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
