STEP 1 - Complete Contact & Medical Form

STEP 2 - Sign Commitment Form

STEP 3 - Sign Financial Form

STEP 4 - Submit $100 Registration Fee

To Volunteer - Complete your SafeVisitor background check!

Completing this check is a requirement to volunteer, participate, and/or interact with students in the school district.
SafeVisitor is Franklin Township Community School Corporation's background check service.
