First Football Game, August 23

What should a band parent expect at a Franklin Central Football Game?

• Kids will eat at 4:30pm
• At about 6:30-6:45pm the drumline will play cadences and lead the march to the stadium with winds and guard.  Front Ensemble will pull equipment from the band room to the sidewalk outside the Freshman Academy.  Have your camera ready!
• IMPORTANT: Show support for the football program and the football program will be more likely to show support for the band.
• Winds and Percussion will perform National Anthem and School Fight Song before the game
• Winds and Percussion will sit in the west side end zone during first quarter of the game.
• Band will warm up for the halftime performance during the second quarter
• At halftime, the band will take the field to perform.  MAKE NOISE
• The band will take a break during the third quarter, then return to support the football team for the remainder of the game.
• You'll be able to pick up your student at Door 3W at about 10:30pm
