Oct 27 Midweek Marching Band Update

Hi Band Families,
This Saturday will be epic!  Will the Marching Flashes go to the ISSMA Open Class Finals at Lucas Oil for the first time since 2011?  We will find out on Saturday night!  Meanwhile, let's have some fun on Thursday night with the Spooky Night at the Stadium.

Oct 28 - Spooky Night at the Stadium

On Thursday, October 28th, come dressed in your Halloween best costume and watch the end of practice (about 8pm).  Students, parents, family and friends are all invited to participate!

Parents, please bring candy to hand out to our hard working little monsters after practice concludes.  It's going to be a great time!

Oct 30 - Post Performance Meal - Donations needed

After the band performs on Saturday, the boosters will be serving the students pizza!  We need supplemental donations.

The band will perform at 1:45pm on Saturday, October 30 at Ben Davis H.S. for ISSMA Semi-State Open Class competition.  If the band advances to the finals, we will perform on November 6 at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Mark your calendars! Auditions for the 2022 FC winter guards are coming up November 9th & 11th. No experience is necessary. Grades 6 - 12 are eligible to participate.

November 23 - Marching Band Banquet

We will be celebrating this special marching band season with dinner and presentations on the evening of November 23.  This event will be hosted by The Atrium (3143 Thompson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46227).  Tickets go on sale in a few days with more details to come.  All marching band students are free!
