BOA Super Regional at Lucas Oil Stadium - Friday, Oct. 25
Your FC Marching Flashes will be competing on the biggest stage, under the lights in Lucas Oil Stadium!  This will be a two-day event with FC performing at 8am on Friday. Students will have an excused absence from 2nd and 4th periods that day. If they make the top 12, they will perform again on Saturday. See the full itinerary below for more information!

NEW THIS YEAR: FC will be busing all marching band students to go watch finals Saturday evening. Tickets for students and chaperones will be covered by the boosters. Adult tickets will be regular price. Please pay close attention to the timing of the different scenarios in the itinerary.

Fundraising

Trash Bag Fundraiser - Ends Monday, Oct. 21
The Trash Bag Fundraiser is underway, and orders are due Monday, October 21. We expect delivery to be the week of October 28. Trash bags cost $10 per roll and the student will receive a deposit into their band account for each roll of trash bags sold. The amount students earn will be based on the total number of trash bags sold - the more we sell, the bigger the profit. Visit the Trash Bag Fundraiser Page for all the information. Contact Becky with questions. ​

Spirit Night @ Freddy's - Wednesday, Oct. 23 (5-9pm)
Make sure you grab dinner at Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers from 5-9pm on Wednesday, Oct. 23!  The band will earn 20% of the food sales when this flyer is presented.

Sell PepWear to Earn Money for your Band Account - Oct. 24-26
Hey Parents! Want to earn some cash to help pay down band fees? Here is a great opportunity to earn $, represent FC, and get into a Bands Of America event for free! PepWear is offering us a chance to work in their apparel booth and earn $8/hr that will go directly to your students' band account. PepWear will also make every effort to ensure you get to see FC perform. Click here to sign up for a shift at BOA Indy. ​​Spots are almost full!  ​

Trailer Donations Update 
​The trailer donation drive continues to accept your donations. If the band has your email address, we have sent a donation email to you at least twice; the email includes your student's photo. Please forward this email to your friends and family who may be interested in helping the band. If you would like for us to contact your friends and family, please print this form - fill out the form and have your child place it in the white box outside of the band room.

Holiday Craft Fair – Nov. 23
The 2019 Holiday Craft Fair Committee has selected all 100 available vendors spots! Tell your family and friends to save the date and get ready to shop on Saturday, November 23.

Housekeeping

Save the date! We will celebrate our 2019 Marching Band season with a very special evening at Valle Vista on November 26, 2019. Details for this wonderful event will be revealed October 28th.
